01 · Identity · Print · 2025 Ashcombe Press A jobbing letterpress shop that had been trading for eleven years under three different names at once. One name, one set of marks, and a stationery system that can be set by hand.
02 · Editorial · Series design · 2025 Marlow Editions A twelve-title series of reissued field guides. One grid, one type size, and a cover system that has to survive titles between one and nine words long.
03 · Wayfinding · Environmental · 2024 Quenby Works Wayfinding for a converted mill with four entrances, none of which is the front. Cut and fixed rather than printed, so it ages at the same rate as the building.
04 · Packaging · 2024 Foldwork A packaging system for a maker who posts everything. One board weight, one die, and a range that grows by folding differently rather than by tooling again.
05 · Exhibition · Identity · 2023 The Long Hang An identity for an annual open exhibition where the work is hung edge to edge along ninety metres of wall. The identity had to be quiet enough to disappear next to four hundred pictures.
06 · Colour system · 2023 Ninebark A colour system for a plant nursery: eleven papers, chosen so that any two of them can sit next to each other on a label. The one project on this site that is not printed at the grade. Shipped ungraded — this is the control.
