Holding a date
A date is held for seven days after we send the contract. It is booked once the signed contract and a 25% deposit are received.
Paying the balance
The balance is due four weeks before the wedding. Travel fees are fixed by zone and listed on the pricing page.
Cancelling or moving
The deposit is non-refundable. You may move the date once at no charge to any open date. Cancellations within four weeks of the date are charged in full.
Delivery
Galleries are delivered within the turnaround stated for your package. If we miss it, the lay-flat album is provided free of charge.
Using the photographs
You receive a personal licence to print and share the photographs. Copyright stays with the photographer. Commercial use by suppliers needs separate permission.
