Asked often enough to answer here
- Do you work with a retainer?
- No. Every project has a start and an end, and you own the files at the end of it. If you need someone every month you need a studio manager, not us.
- Will we see three routes?
- No. One route, developed properly, and revised twice. Three routes is a way of making the client choose so that nobody has to be responsible for the choice.
- Who actually does the work?
- The two people you meet. There is no account layer and nothing is passed to a junior after the pitch, because there is no junior and there is no pitch.
- What if it is not right?
- Two rounds of revision are in the price. If it is still not right after those, we stop and you pay for the work done. That has happened once.
